About Us

Down-to-earth holistic wellness

Since 2005, we’ve helped clients learn and practice new ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of their goals.

We met in our graduate program -- in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling -- at the highly regarded Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

While we're thankful that Lesley provided renowned teachers within a multicultural and international city, we're also extremely grateful to have been Rogue Valley residents for over 14 years now.

We're embedded in our little valley and we work hard to support our neighbors and our community. We have two children in our wonderful local school and we're outside with them; hiking, camping, and going to local events, every chance we get.

We never, ever, miss shoveling the New England snow.

While we have developed our own paths of differing specialty areas over the years, we both share a commitment to client-led, mind-body, depth-oriented, and research-based therapy.

We are able to accept some private insurance plans, Oregon Health Plan, and sliding scale.
